Chairman, MIFCO Ltd, and then Minister of State Office.
Re-elected MLA in 2003 from the same Constituency and again held
Minister of State Office and submitted resignation on 2.7.2004.
Elected as Deputy Speaker, Mizoram Legislative Assembly.
